Allah (swt) has addressed the Muslims as Ummah. Therefore we understand that Ummah is a team. To make our Islamic society a better place, we have to work together. Building a team will be the most priority when talking about teamwork. As the hadith says “The hand of Allah is with the team (jama ah). Then, whoever singles himself out (from the jama ah) will be singled out of the hell-fire” (Al Tirmidhi).
